“Kanban” management is indicated mainly for products with a low value and high consumption (eg. standardised ground leads, extensions for lamps, LEDs, etc.), but can also be implemented for complex, standardised and high-turnover products.
It is based on the implementation in the customer’s warehouse inventory located in standard containers (packaging), each marked with a special encoded label.
Whenever a package is used, the client removes the label; periodically, all removed labels are then communicated to ISE which shall proceed to the collection of the packages.
