OUR PROCESSING

A continuously updated machine park allows for the efficient execution of all necessary processes for the production of electrical wiring (cutting cables of any material, type, and shape; cutting sleeves and heat-shrink tubing; inkjet marking of cables with all types of fonts and sizes and without length limitations; crimping of bare, pre-insulated terminals and with sealing grommets; automatic bundling of wiring of every size and shape; production of flat cables, branched electrical wiring, power wiring, and signal wiring with all types of traditional and insulated piercing connections IDC).

Equipped with modular and quickly configurable assembly lines, the company can meet any requirement.

THE WORKS AND THE ISE METHOD

CUTTING DEPARTMENT:

A continuously updated machine park allows for the efficient execution of all necessary processes for the production of electrical wiring (cutting cables of any material, type, and shape; cutting sleeves and heat-shrink tubing; inkjet marking of cables with all types of fonts and sizes and without length limitations).

CRIMPING:

Equipped with modular and quickly configurable assembly lines, the company can meet any requirement.

ASSEMBLY AND TESTING:

Modular lines with multiple workstations depending on the complexity of the processing aim to optimize the assembly processes. Upon completion, the testing phase involves machines connected to the company’s servers to share input and output data. ISE’s electrical wiring is 100% certified and tested, and upon request, serial certificates of conformity are issued for each produced piece.

The company is also able to test all products both electrically and functionally. By issuing a serial number for each tested item, it is indeed possible to trace every single material used, down to the supplier’s purchase batch.

QUALITY CONTROL:

The company has developed specific internal control plans over time, customized in agreement with the client. All productions undergo tests to verify product quality at the end of the manufacturing process. This is therefore a phase aimed at ensuring that everything has gone according to expectations.

Some of the main processes that allow for the processing of various components during production, which in turn form increasingly complex structures.

  • Automatic cable tinning

The machines are equipped with wells for fluxing and lead-free tin coating, which prevents component wear. The station allows for the production of tinned ends with controlled temperature, time, and position, possibly from both ends.

  • Inkjet Connector Marking

Equipped to print up to 5 lines of text, barcodes, or graphics on connectors of various sizes at high speed.

  • Twisting

Twisting, also known as bundling, is a process in which pairs of conductors are twisted together. With this technique, any electromagnetic disturbances are induced on each pair equally and oppositely, cancelling each other out.

ISE is equipped with semi-automatic machines for wires and cables up to 1.5 meters.

  • Automatic Flag Labeling

The laminated self-adhesive labels allow for marking all electrical cables for quick identification. ISE systems can print sequential numbers or identifying QR codes containing traceability information.

  • Bench Crimping with Quality Control

In the crimping department, the company has equipped itself with new-generation bench presses that strip and crimp with CFA crimping force control. The company’s commitment to machinery that ensures higher quality standards is consistent.

  • Automatic and Manual Connector Piercing with Continuity Control

The company can operate on 3 shifts to process single cables with IDC connectors using fully automatic machines capable of performing continuity tests for 100% quality. An optimized process that provides numerous benefits for customers.

  • Wave Soldering of Tin

In electronic assembly, the company has equipped itself with a wave soldering machine for small and medium-sized batches (Tunisia).
